Mary Bryant
President
Mary has served on the ASPA board for 4 years holding the Nominations, Elections, and Awards Committee chairmanship. She graduated from Arkansas State University in 2000 with an Ed.S. in Psychology and Counseling.
She works at the Crowley's Ride Education Cooperative in Harrisburg, AR. She serves Marked Tree, Manila, Earle, and East Poinsett County Schools. She has been practicing for 11 years.
Mary currently lives in Jonesboro with her husband Devon of 15 years, and their three children; Rhett (12), Sebastian (8), and Alexis (18 months). She loves to sew, read, and watch her kids play sports.

Gretchen Clayton
Immediate Past President
Gretchen has served the ASPA board for 9 years holding President-Elect, Membership Committee, and Student Representative chairs. She attended Arkansas State University and earned an Ed.S. in Psychology and Counseling, School Psychology and Mental Health Counseling Tracks.
Gretchen works for the Paragould School District as a School Psychology Specialist and Mental Health Counselor. She also works for Arkansas Counseling Associates as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has been practicing for 6 years.
She lives in Paragould with her husband, Brian, and their son Cooper and black lab, Sambo. She enjoys running and boating, and she is the first in five generations of her paternal family to graduate from college much less pursue a graduate degree; the last was a Senator.

Carol Brown
President-Elect
Carol serves as our new president-elect! She attended Arkansas State University and holds an Ed.S. in Psychology and Counseling.

Rita Phillips
Legislative
Rita serves as our Legislative chair. She has also served in the President, Technology, and Public Relations charmanships. She has served on the board for 13 years. Rita attended MTSU and earned a M.A. in School Psychology.
Rita works at Cave City School District and NAESC and she has been practicing for 18 years.
Rita lives near Batesville, AR with her husband, two children, three cats and one dog. She sings with the Batesville Choral Society and absolutely loves old musicals.

Rachelle Sale
Secretary
Rachelle serves as our Secretary and has also held the UCA Student Representative position. She has served on the board for 5 years. Rachelle attended the University of Central Arkansas and earned a Masters of Science.
Rachelle is currently on Sabbatical and has been practicing for 8 years.
Rachelle lives in Fayettville with her husband and three little girl. She loves collecting passsport stamps and skiing double black diamonds, for which she is unqualified.

Sharon Adams
Treasurer
Sharon has dutifully served as our Treasurer since 1994. She received an M.S. degree in School Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas and a B.S.E. from Ouachita Baptist University.
Sharon is affiliated with the Arkansas Department of Education as a Behavior Intervention Consultant, a position she’s held since 1988. She is based at the Dawson Education Cooperative in Arkadelphia. Sharon was voted 2009 School Psychologist of the Year.
Her Pomeranian, Mitzi, allows Sharon to live with her in Arkadelphia. Sharon enjoys puzzles of any kind, counted cross stitch, and trips to the coast of Maine.

Wendy Stovall
NASP Delegate and Membership/PR
Wendy is Arkansas' new NASP delegate of the Southeast Delegate Representative. She also is our Membership/PR chairwoman.

Meghan Matthews-Adair
Technology
Meghan serves as our technology chair and has also served as the ASU student representative. She attended Arkansas State University for undergraduate, receiving a B.S. in Psychology, and recently completed her Ed.S. in Psychology and Counseling.
Meghan lives in Little Rock with her husband, John, and labradoodle, Lucy. She loves to cook, play board games, and play cello in the ASU orchestra.

Lori Pruitt & Ashley Bateman
Publications Co-Chairs
Lori and Ashley are serving as our new Publications Co-Chairs. We are excited to have them on our board!

Loretta Wallace, Ed.S.
State Liaison
Loretta serves as our State Liaison. She has also held the secretary and president-elect positions and served on our board for 5 years. Loretta attended Lyon College and recieved at BA in Psychology. She then went on the Arkansas State University and earned an Ed.S. in Psychology and Counseling.
She works in Little Rock and has been practicing for 12 years.
Loretta lives in Sherwood with her husband, Jason, and their children Ava, Eric, and Vivian. She also writes children's literature and loves to bake goodies for friends and family.
